These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our websites, educational resources, borrower awareness tools, credit-related educational services, mortgage readiness resources, Middle Credit Score® information, and related content or technologies.

By using these features, consumers acknowledge and agree that:

We are not responsible for inaccuracies, delays, interruptions, or data errors originating from third-party providers or consumer reporting agencies.

15. Arbitration Agreement
